- 03If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for undamaged items or buyer’s remorse. **Refunds:** Once we receive your photos, we’ll review them and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. **Late or Missing Refunds:** If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If there’s still an issue, reach out to us via our contact form. **Exchanges:** We don’t offer exchanges, but if your item is damaged, let us know within 14 days so we can assist you.
