It takes 2–7 business days to get your order(s) printed and processed. You'll get a shipping notification when it is ready for shipment.

Please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item(s). We won't be able to provide a refund for any undamaged goods or buyer remorse.
Refunds:
Once we receive photos of the damaged good, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you have still not received your refund after a few days, please reach out using the contact form.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If the item is damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged items:
If the shipment and product arrive damaged, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery to ensure a smooth transaction.
